Dynamic Challenge Failure

I got a Challenge Failure by allowing a hit (base runner) it was only a single with 2 outs, struck out the next batter and got no credit due to it had already failed, however the challenge says "End inning without allowing a Run or 1 or fewer baserunners" so not sure why this is failing but it happened twice in the same game. You failed because you gave up a hit, when it says 1 or fewer it means none

@sbchamps17_NSW well then that should be end inning without allowing a run or a hit not 1 or fewer baserunners, when that hit resulted in the only baserunner I had allowed. But thanks for the reply

@BloodyAces11_PSN these secondary dynamic challenges that come after failing the challenge issued at the beginning of an inning are bugged. They will always fail regardless of your performance.

They don't always fail. I would say submit a bug report, but right now I cannot seem to log in and have the menu appear for entering the report. There are a few bugs I've found but right now I cannot submit the tickets.

That one happens to me all the time. The challenge is just plain broken.
Another one is "End inning without allowing a run, and no more baserunners". I can fulfill those requirements and yet the challenge will remain active for inning after inning until I do allow another baserunner, in which case I fail — or worse, since I'm playing a two-way player, until I GROUND OUT IN MY NEXT AT-BAT, which has NOTHING WHATEVER to do with the #$&?*!% challenge!!

I have also noticed plenty of bugged challenges. The most recently example: I just had the "get an out with a pitch out of the strike zone" challenge fail with a batter grounding out a pitch outside.

@BloodyAces11_PSN I notice that sometimes a challenge comes in the middle of the inning after a run scores that says finish the inning without letting anymore runs in. I do, but then it doesn’t give me anything and stays applied to the next inning. The challenges seem buggy
