Diamond Quest

@sbchamps17_NSW Bc it's boring.
-
Well your the only one who says it's boring
-
@Weshill627_PSN it exists because it’s the most popular offline DD game mode. Now MS might be giving it a run for its money the last 2 years, but should they remove Conquest, the community will implode.
-
Conquest is fine if they would take all the simulating stuff out. It takes atleast an extra 20 mins just to take over the territories
You don't earn anything for the summing, it's just a waste of time.
Doesn't even need to be a mode just like a west coast tournament where we have to play all west coast teams or something. Get all of our 3 inning games in minus the sims
-
They already have conquest without the territories, it's called mini seasons.

Please SDS. For mlb 26, delete Conquest, Showdown & all these other boring modes and go full on Diamond Quest. It's been horrible trying to force myself through the USA map to get those rewards for Sasaki.
I love conquest, and they actually improved it this year. Great way to get XP for TA. Speak for yourself.
-
Yes SDS, take out the modes I don't enjoy. Who cares if other people actually enjoy playing them.
CATER TO ME!!!
-
The only thing I dislike about Conquest is that Sliders are cranked, and I don't mean the pitch. I love the 3 inning games.

No. There are major differences. In mini seasons you have to use almost your entire pitching staff. In conquest you can use the same 2 pitchers over and over again. Much better for paralleling.
That's a huge advantage to conquest.

According to them no one finished the USA map lol. Must not just be me.

@kingdutch_PSN Whats great about it? Pressing X on squares is fun?

That is not what they said. They said it had the lowest completion rate of all the conquest maps which is not the same as saying nobody played it. It simply means that people completed the smaller maps more often.
-
Please SDS, for 26 don't listen to OP.
-
@kingdutch_PSN Ditto! I totally agree! Conquest, Showdown, and on the rare occasion, when I play Mini Seasons, helps me to get to the big star cards and helps me nearly complete the '"G.O.A.T.,'" Program further in the year. In addition, it helps me with human opponents in Diamond Dynasty by playing games with the CPU, and is responsible for me at least completing a fourth of my programs every year. I would be a worse player without it.
-
I'll suffer my way through it but I don't like it. I'd rather do endless conquest maps, mini seasons or whatever else. I don't like showdowns but I'll eek my way through them. I think they adjust sliders IMO.
The sweeper isnt necessary at all for casual gamers already forced to play at a sweaty level. All Star difficulty is my highest I'll go. Yet forced to play on legendary. That ruins the casual experience.
-
@Weshill627_PSN conquest was way more rewarding. This diamond quest isn't any more fun than any other modes in this game. I don't know why people are so gung ho about it. It'll fizzle out.

Exactly this … 100%. But tis is very common in here. One other: I do not like something and I did not ask for it, so you do not take my Feedback seriously… nobody asked for Diamond Quest
and it looks great

I just NOPE out of the sweeper for now. He usually gives a pretty hefty debuff, but its just for one game. And a good chunk of the time it will be an offense debuff and then you get a pitching moment
My issue with the mode is I don't like showdown and moments can be VERY luck dependent. And neither gives you stats/pxp. But I do think rewards wise its worthwhile and I can see it being great during slower times. I think ill do a lot of blitzing the stadiums for lower chance runs. And when my team is bit better Ill try the sweeper every now and then, if the teams stay live series (which I doubt they will) I can probably win occasionally with a mid diamond squad.
-
@Teak2112_MLBTS kinda what I thought. I'll play through programs and get some decent diamonds. I'm just earning stubs and bought the players from the marketplace. If I earn enough I'll just buy them and bypass it all together.
-
@Easy_Duhz_It__PSN haha. Good one
