Can't warm up pitchers

Am I missing something or is everyone having trouble I made sure the settings are right but still no option to warm up

I thought I read you didnt have to now and they came out of the bullpen warmed up already?
I may have this wrong though, game launched at 4am here so cant get on till after work tonight.

I think you need to warm them up in online play but they have hot/cold icons in offline.
The quick sub menu isnt where it used to be so I use start -> manager

I'm pretty sure you don't need to warm them up this year. Also, no 3-batter rule in 3 inning games.

There is an option in settings for no bullpen warmup, it is default to on and in h2h it is forced to on.

Im not sure if you HAVE to throw all 8 pitches to fully warm them or not. It's a dumb change imo
