One reason I feel that they can be more generous on the cap this year is because it seems like in order to gatekeep cards this year they are putting Vouchers for those cards in the programs, which you then can't redeem until they want you to redeem them.

You have to average 17,857 XP a day if you get early access to get 500,000 in 28 days and 20,833 XP a day if you get the game on Tuesday.
If you play the "Online" program, there are 250,000 XPs in there.

Cap seems more to limit wheel spins than anything.
28/28
