@theBlindRhino_PSN What headaches? I’d be ok with limiting windups. That’s the only headache I saw. Stop being a baby. It amazes me how much this community feels like they can dictate the way other people play. Get over yourself. It’s not just about you.
Everybody in the community can provide whatever suggestions they want. They are not dictating anything by doing so. If SDS did not see it as an issue also then it would not be changed.
I have not played RTTS yet this year but it makes sense to me, since the power creep is back, that they would not allow it since it may be possible for RTTS player overall ratings to outpace the current power creep.

@Dolenz_PSN I don’t have a problem with people giving their opinions, but the only opinions they listen to are streamers. I also loathe when people’s solutions are to take something away that a lot of people enjoy. The idea that they can outpace the power creep is a weak argument. We had them before seasons. The power creep isn’t new. They could also scale them with the power creep by dropping only bronze and silver perks to start, or increasing the number of perks as time goes on. Fixing the problem is better than taking things away. That’s lazy and bad for the game.

@GoozeFn_PSN It wasn't a streamer they listened to. It was my idea to remove created players from DD. See my uncle is a VP at SDS and he got it 86'd when I sent him a DM on the DL. So don't blame the streamers.

RTTS is NOT Diamond Dynasty. There should be zero relationship between them. Linking the two in any form is what harmed RTTS two-way player gameplay in MLB 23 and I sincerely hope SDS will never link them again.
Frankly, and bluntly, the ONLY reason a relative few clamor for this link is to create a player they can then use to play as a superstar grinded out in RTTS using Beginner play difficulty, and then putting them in DD to essentially cheat the online game option.
This exact same obsession with trying to cheat DD play is why we stadium designers got saddled with a myriad of rules and blocks on creating custom stadiums -- all because some of the most widely downloaded custom stadiums were merely platforms designed to offer some kind of strange nuance to gain advantage from, including cheating.

@PriorFir4383355_XBL Another poor argument and no, not everyone used them this way. You could simply not allow 2 way players in RTTS for online. You could make it a difficult decision in building a 2 way player with how you build them. There’s lots of ways they could have made it work without removing it entirely, but too many people can’t seem to think outside the box they’re limited to.
