Removing Legends Career Stats

Hello everyone, I just have a quick question about franchise mode. I have imported a few legends onto my roster and I was wondering if I could remove their IRL stats from the player card. For example, I have 25 year old Cutch, but his player card has his stats for his whole career, can these be removed? Thanks in advance!
