Also, this is the same season. Has it even been confirmed by them that they're doing the head start or is this just an assumption? Its a new reward path in the same season with LESS xp required to finish. We also have double xp weekend this week and next.
I'm done with all of them. Have been since Sunday.
Just wondering if they're going to do the bonus.
Doesn't matter to me if they do or if they don't.

I would just finish all of them. The content has been coming out in such slow drips all year that I think most of us are finishing everything within a day or two of it coming out. I'm not even sure there will be a head start bonus, but I suspect most people will be prepared without even trying.

@SchnauzerFace_MLBTS Part of that is how easy all of these programs are this year. If they are going to make everything so easy next year, they need to put out more content.

Seriously. I been finished with the reward path since the first week of September, there was really no need for the head start in season 3. I'll be fine without it for the 2nd half. We still have a month of half for this season.

Agreed. Too easy, too short, too few and far between. I don't make video games, but I can't imagine it's an enormous amount of manpower to throw together a new Conquest map every week or so. I wouldn't be bothered at all if they reused maps from previous years. Just give us something new to do!

I think the programs the last couple weeks have been pretty good actually.
The career retrospective program finally had a decent amount of cards in it, a little moment heavy for my tastes but all in all its the best program of the year by a fairly large margin (season 1 recap is the only other thing worth noting, but that was more of just a free pack delivery than a program...not meaning that as a negative remotely)
milb program is also cool, and definitely longer to complete than most (I havent started the Red Sox XBH yet)
And where the short programs work well is the Wild Card programs, I like the way they handled this
First 3 weeks of the season were pretty much [censored], and the low number of conquest and complete lack of a new mini season is also terrible, but the program content at least has turned around very nicely.

Yep, It's not a complete new season. You should not need to re-earn your wildcards and all the 99's we have been getting are still eligible. They are just having a different XP path so there is no need for a head start.
I'm all for new content as long as it does not push the ending goals back any further. I did not earn a boss until the current season so I don't need them to push things back further.
And let's be honest with ourselves. People complain that there is not enough variety in the content or card releases. Adding even more content just means we'd get even more recycled cards than we already have.

Its better to have content with recycled cards than not have the content in the first place.
Just because a portion of the community doesn't want something that doesn't mean SDS shouldn't do it if it isn't actually negatively impacting people.People say SDS doesnt listen, which isnt true. However they are often terrible at how to actually address complaints without making it a zero sum game of taking something away from others for the sake of pleasing a portion of people.
