Roster update and player face scans???!!!

I don’t really care much for the attribute upgrades bc I edit EVERY SINGLE PLAYERS attributes and gear. (The gear is another whole thing. It’s atrocious) anway Not One single update since a couple weeks before the all star break. Not one single attribute upgrade the whole second half. Kind of sucks for the people who do care about the attribute upgrade and downgrades. What I care about is the lack of effort in the face scans. I play offline and all season I’ve waited for them to add guys like Reese Olson, colt Keith, Jose Soriano, Tyler Fitzgerald, wenceel Perez, Cade smith, jerar encarnacion, Bowden Francis, Tyler Holton, tobias meyers, Cade povich, Mitchell Parker, Ryan walker,Kyle Nicolas, Ben Joyce, reed garret, I know I’m forgetting some but these are guys who have been playing since last year or have played almost this whole season. We didn’t get any of the tigers bc sds assumed the twins were gonna win and gave us zebby Matthews and David festa lol. Gee thanks sds! I will say they have been a lot better than they were last year. Last year was was absolutely pathetic. Look at Spencer torkelson. He still has a glitch face lol. Poor Detroit fans, half the team is missing the rest look like [censored]. Nice Hoerner, Patrick wisdom, Michael toglia , adley rutschman, so many people need scans is a joke. Why is it so hard to get a face scan? Does anyone know? Madden and 2k seem to do just fine but we have to wait for end of the season to start a franchise then another crappy game is coming out again. Same thing over and over and over. I really wish someone else could make a mlb game. I have to change the pitchers pitch types, the velocity, the break. Change every players cleats, glove, bat, batting gloves, batting gear, and that doesn’t even work bc they don’t even have it so u can use color 3 the right way. If ur away it should be grey home should be white. If u wear an alternate jersey with away pants u get white when u have color 3. Just give us 2 jersey choices for the players. Home and away. It can’t be the hard. Like in the edit menu instead of just one give us home and away so we can edit everything for them home and away. It’s the same game every year and they can’t even get that upgraded? Why is there only one type of chain? Why is there only one Nike batting guard size? Why is it so limited and why are u so lazy? Just give us a bunch of options !!!! Make some changes for the better! Hire me!!!!! I’ll make this games details at least right. If anyone wants my rosters lmk. I can do mine with all the pitchers having the right pitches and velos and every player and what they currently wear or I tried my best bc of the limited garbage options. Or just what the players wear. Then I have some with all the players attributes about where they should be …: do better SDS!!!!

As a friendly suggestion, you really should write in paragraph form. It is extremely difficult to read a post that isn't formatted with the spaces inherent in paragraphs, sentences, and other devices. Sorry, but a solid block of text just cannot be read.

SDS is miles ahead of Madden in the face scam department. They just need to finally go next gen only, if they do that then the game will look great and probably change the way the game plays because of the upgrade. But SDS is a public company I believe so share holders will say that too many of last gen players won’t upgrade yet so we’ll probably get stuck with the same stuff. If we do, we should strike the game until they get their mind right.

@Dinger_Dan19 I agree. There’s so many little things they can add to make it better. Like the shape of sliders and 2 seam fastballs. Everyone throws the same pitch in the show. We need to be able to edit sliders to have sharper downward movement for some players and the 2 seam fast balls don’t move at all so I just give everyone a sinker

@GoozeFn it’s 2024. The technology we have is crazy. They don’t need players to come to their studio lol. They’re just lazy and don’t care. They’re a million dollar company and they can’t pay a couple guys to travel to stadiums and get face scans for the players ????

@PolKrout I’ve been saying they need more pitches in the game and they need to make the game play like baseball. There are now gyro change ups which are change ups that the pitcher try’s to cut and then it takes a hard turn the other way. While we talked about pitches, why can’t I throw a front hip 2seam that starts at the batters hip and comes back to catch a corner. Like why isn’t knowing how to play baseball the skill gap over, you threw a down and away slider to shrink the guys PCI then pound him in a little then go back to small PCI pitches. Guess what SDS can do in this situation, add a game mode that teaches you baseball like 2k has so people don’t complain because then not being good at baseball is the issue, not the video game.
