Completed Program Bug

Is anyone else having an issue where you're not getting the checkmark and the word Completed; when you complete a program?
I've completed all the programs needed for part of the 60K in XP; yet they're not showing completed on the Programs screen.
I hope this doesn't affect me getting credit, for those programs, when Season 3 drops.
And I hope I don't need to submit a Bug Report. Because they still haven't responded to one I submitted back May.

I’ve had that issue before but it’s always been temporary for me. If I back out to a different menu and go back to programs it’s fixed.

I've backed out multiple times and it still doesn't populate.
Maybe someone from SDS can comment?

Season 2 Programs that are completed still are showing the 'checkmark' and the word 'completed' on them.
Is anyone from SDS going to reply to this matter?
