Guess it's time

Since SDS isn't, and won't be, doing anything about people spamming R2 ALL game long; it's time to start fighting fire for fire.
Be prepared for some LONG games; if you play me.

So your way to solve it is also being super toxic? Does this only happen at lower levels of ranked or something because I don’t really see it all that much in my games of Ranked, BR, or events. Only once here and there but nothing to get mad about.

I don't see a problem in it because he's addressing the issue just not the way you like it. It's honestly the least toxic thing you can do in this game. Maybe a little but not the worst.
I get more angry about people making me watch their 364 foot homers when they are down by a run or two.

@AdeptOfMemory_PSN i take it on a case-by-case basis, I've accidently bumped the R2 button or the y button, but never over and over again. If someone does it to me, I'll do it back. Replaying homers, if it's over 500, go for it lol. Let's be fair there is something nostalgic about seeing Jr, with his swing hitting one 500+. if you hit a 303-foot homer with an exit velo of 86 mph at Shield Woods....you're going to get a whole bunch of toxic back at you. Let's not forget the individuals who think it's important to message you because of whatever reason they are losing for. Unfortunately, SDS has done nothing to get rid of toxic players. Sometimes we have to police ourselves.

@virusts_XBL I absolutely agree that matching toxic behavior is appropriate. Fight fire with fire. I’ll never do it first, but I will always match it.
