Who is your internet provider? Did you reset your modem? Are you connected with an ethernet cable or are you on wifi? What exactly does it say when you try to get on?
Do you have the companion app? If so, can you log into that?

It’s spectrum and it’s always worked and it says you are currently disconnected reconnect and gain access too…

Same happening here. One profile is fine, other is disconnected. Same ps4 and same network here. Not a network issue?

I was banned for an hour before but like I was still on the game when I saw I was banned -
How would you tell that? My kid basically plays online games don't think that's it unless it's in error. But also theres no noticr anywhere saying that.

Normally whenever your banned you can't get online and not everyone gets a message saying that their banned. Best thing to do is contact SDS and find out
