Face scan update question

With the new updates I’ve been having some players in my franchise receive the new facescans but some are still the generic faces. I can see when I’m outside franchise mode the faces are new but in franchise mode it’s the same generic face. Any help?

In patches the faces get updated everywhere on the game.
Some players get updates thru roster updates so those will only be on that particular roster outside of any franchise etc...
