Really improved my pitching and locating with a couple things

I’ve been using at least 70 percent fastballs. Mixing them up down in out. Only using offspeed to strike guys out or first pitch get me over strike. Or if they are just sitting fast ball and can’t adjust.

Start all offspeed out of the zone on any count your ahead in. This makes them harder to hang and if located well good contact is almost impossible.

Out of the stretch don’t quick pitch come set it helps with accuracy. I’m not sure if it actually does but it helps me.

If you get a lead attack the zone on the mound. Walks are the easiest way to get back into a game.
I know pitching isn’t that good but these things have helped me improve and locate way better.

Not sure that helps with the game randomly feeding your opponent meatballs down the middle when its not even close to where you aimed

I use meter and I found that perfect pitch is the problem, I Try to be just a bit early or Late depending the pitch and how it moves. That has help me most of the time. I found success with low off speed just out of the zone and at 0-2 or 1-2 FB inside up or middle
RP with bad control is not good those end up down the middle way to often.

I don’t really have that problem unless I miss my spot myself. If your using more than 2 off speed pitches in a row your gonna miss your spot more likely. Also I noticed u have to start off speed out of the zone cause even if it’s a perfect release it’s gonna he higher than you want it to be.

Highly doubt that.No, my last three RS games both teams across three games have combined for 73 strikeouts. If you distributed them evenly it’s just over 12Ks for each team per game. Of course they weren’t distributed evenly, but it’s just over 24 per game, for both teams.

Okay gotcha, that makes more sense.

And 32 combined in my last game, wow, just wow. It’s crazy right now.
