Update now nothing hit hard

think about it , how many times has anyone here hit the cycle ,, when this game was fun you would do so 3-4 time a year , when was the last tme you hit 4 HR's with the same player in a single game , its been years since i heard the announcer talking about that stat , use to do it several times a year, especially when they had Ted Williams Diamond
one thing ive notced over the years is they have diluted the value of the Diamond card , the way it use to be in the games infancy was
common- were your lineup fillers , and you used them
Bronze - were your meat and potato cards
Silver - were your team backbone
Gold - were your stars
Diamonds - were reserved for SUPER STARS present and past , when you got a Diamond card you had a beast , they performed and were coveted , they were just as i said , super star ,it wuld take almost the whole season to aquire a full squad of Diamondsnow a days diamonds are trash , golds are "meh , i'll take the 400 stubs" , silver, bronze, common automatic sells so why even have them , oh thats right so you can unpack them in the packs you get

@iBonafideScrub__PSN I don‘t think we will reach an agreement … I do not have those experiences you are suggesting. I have bad exit velos on all my bad swings… the ones with good input reach 100+ mph.
And to get back to my previous post. If you watched game 1 of the summer circuit finals yesterday … Legend difficulty… good contacts … massive bombs with over 50 runs. No offense but I think it is a skill issue … Exit velos are crazy this year, especially compared to previous yearsDon’t forget those guys are the top 1% of this community and they will crush everything that’s a good pitch to hit. They play everyday and RS have different sliders than other game modes.
That event probably had the same sliders as if I sent you an invitation for a friendly game.
-
@iBonafideScrub__PSN No, it‘s not sliders it is skill. If you watch the top guys when they are streaming ranked then you know that this thread makes no sense at all since it is a skill issue … Again, I do not get it … exit velos are way up this year… Sometimes we argue to argue, because someone has a skill issue and states his point as an issue „no one“ is having … Over and out … Okay, 1 more. If this game gets any more arcade, we are close to „The Bigs“

Not choosing one side or another but it's weird every other sports game is big in filling the meter green to score— meanwhile in MLB l hit a perfect perfect w/ my slugger that ends up being a line drive to SS while the early swing on an inside fast ball above the zone is a no doubt HR. It's just weird

Not every perfect perfect is a hit

@sbchamps17_NSW oh yeah got a 520ft with Chipper 95
Same, 518 with the 91 Chipper. The only difference I've noticed is that the exit velos don't seem to match the contact sound. And the CPU still hits garbage homers on 79mph exit velo

This is what's called "User error"

Idk but the bat speed feel slower... game is busted

I just want to have fun playing a video game! Too many guys think they gonna be mlb coaches

Doesn't have to be hit hard to be homers these days. 85 mph EV is good enough to get out in right center these days...with Steven Kwan. Who has like 30 power.
