The commentary! (Ps4) Guess I'm gonna have to turn it off. IMO it really affects the atmosphere of the game. It's really, really off. Like unlistenable. Not sure if SDS has addressed any of the posts in regards to this issue but a "we're working on it" post is needed. Its been happening for days. I got the game last week and it's been like this since I installed it.

Wild card slot! I've seen some posts on this but can't find one clarifying a solution. I can't use my first wildcard spot. Maybe I'm doing something wrong? Is there a work around? Luckily, I don't have a lot of good season 1 cards since I just got the game. A lot of S1 cards on the market intrigue me though.

@chuktheworld_PSN you unlock the first wild card slot at 60k xp, if you haven’t hit that mark, you don’t have one yet. But you will soon.

you have to click the card/position you want to relace with your wild card player , then at the top of the screen yo will see two sections , controller up cursor to the options and over to the "wild card" to highlight the wild card option , and click it then all of the available cards for that position that are available will come up and choose your card

The commentary thing is weird. Clearly something multiple people are experiencing but the commentary is normal for me. Wonder what is causing it.

@chuktheworld_PSN you are not getting the commentary screw up/ , its so bad it makes me stop playing after one game , its ridiculous , i tried muting and listening to music , but then im listening to music and i cant concentrate on my swing timing

Thanks for help with the wildcard slot. Yeah bro, the commentary is really bad. I actually enjoy the normal commentary, especially when first getting the game. It helps me stay engaged and just adds to the "sim" experience. This is really disappointing. Even more disappointing that the devs seem to refuse to address it. Hoping it gets fixed soon

I finally turned off the commentary after 'snap throw!' last year. That was the last straw for me. I won't be turning it back on.

@chuktheworld_PSN you are very welcome , i was stumped ,and happened to notice the tags at the top of the screen , and got to thinking maybe its like creating different saved lineups and sure enough

@BJDUBBYAH_PSN You have to make sure the lineup you have is a "Season 2" lineup and then when you go to replace one of the players hit "Square" (if on PS4/5) and the cards you can use as a Wild Card will show up... if you don't hit "Square" to go over to "Wild" (or Wild Card) then only the S2 eligible players will show up as options.
