Cornerstone captains S2 exchange issue

S1 you were able to collect and exchange the Cornerstone Captains . I’m having an issue where the game dosent even recognize I have a captain card at all in S2 . I took Castillo and the exchange says I don’t have him . I collected him to see if that made a difference but that didn’t work . I’m wondering if anyone else on here is having the same issue ? I would like to see what devers offers but I can’t do the exchange because of this bug .
Anyone else having this issue ?

Is the card in a lineup? Squads? Mini seasons? Events?

He's in a lineup somewhere.
I had no issues exchanging and collecting all 4, it was the first thing I did and hadn't created any new lineups yet,so avoided that. -
