I don't know about 23(didnt buy), but compared to 18-22, 24 has finally broken free from power being the only important attribute for a card. I love actually caring about Contact and Clutch in my consideration for using a player. So by that token I like 24. But for DD Set up, it's not even close to as good as 20-22.
