Hall-of-Fame is so much better than All-Star (Ranked Season)

Strike zone cam needs to go. All these players playing a first person shooter with those cams. Lame
How do you know what hitting camera your opponent is using?

They should allow you to choose what difficulty that you would like to compete on in RS. They could have two RS leagues: HOF and AS. Both are separate, with separate leader boards, and you could complete in one, or both.

Lol, you want us to use strike zone 3. What else, do you want us to hit directional and pitch classic?

I think I see what you're getting at, if the simulation or realism comes from broadcast or fan perspective then yeah over shoulder of pitcher would be standard. The game from it's core is meant to be played as a simulation from players perspective for the most part at least for batting.... -
@xElRojo44x_MLBTS imo no. Ranked is competitive … you play and (maybe) get better. The better you get, the harder the difficulty and/or your opponents.
The problem for me and in this thread is that all-star is too rewarding for bad pci-placements (and yes, too many foul balls)I just finished my (about) 12th game on HOF. On average both teams had about 3-5 runs. I did not play a single game in a bs stadium (yes, there was place for my random „Shield woods is a disgrace“-mention) and I had blast playing … a baseball video game.
I lost the last one because I missed 2 hanging slurves and my opponent had 3 of his 5 hits when it mattered most … Awesome experience -
@YOSHI24_XBL
It would still be "competitive" because you are competing vs another live human opponent, with the same paramaters. The reason for the two divisions, is not to make it less "competitive" but to give the Community a choice. Not many like the various pitch speeds, pci size changes, etc as you move up/down each division. Give AS for those who like the slower pitch speeds, and let those who want to compete on HOF do that. Personally, I think this game plays better on HOF, but a lot of other folks prefer AS. -
@xElRojo44x_MLBTS No, I do not want to choose. I want the system to decide … And I do not want better players to face me (assuming better means higher rank) … I want to face them when I am good enough (rank-wise) … But let‘s agree to disagree on that one

constantly changing how you play depending on difficulty levels and online vs offline is counter productive to getting gud

@TheCanuckler309_XBL biggest difference for me is the not so many miss hit HRs once you get above 700.
