Saw a couple people mention, but if you save the Gehrig program until season 2 starts, will you be able to play it then so the XP is in S2 rather than S1?

That is true but they are reducing the XP you can earn from Season 1 Other Programs once season 2 starts.
So waiting until then to do the Gehrig program will net you less than the 80K it now grants.

How much less? Nobody but SDS knows but I am guessing it will be pretty significant reduction so that they can control the speed that people get to the Season 2 bosses.

Note: To help our players’ journeys remain balanced for the start of Season 2, we will be reducing XP that can be earned from older Other Programs that were released during Season 1. However, Season 2 Other Programs and various modes will continue seeing higher XP reward rates compared to Season 1 to help you move faster through the XP Reward Path.

Pretty sure I'm not getting a boss. None of them are A's so I'm ok with that, but still would have liked a little more opportunity to get at least one. They're doing a ton at the eleventh hour, which is not unappreciated, but would like them more accessible in general.

That program was one of the better moves they made in season 1. I now have zero issue getting a boss card so I'll take the W.
