This should be a bannable offense by the OP on the forums. Posted a user name (video of the user) and, with terrible evidence, accused him of cheating.

@TheCanuckler309 Oh interesting! So why does SDS choose a network technology that is less secure and more susceptible to hacking and cheating? I mean that would only cause people to be upset with network issues and possibly cheaters running rampant on their game.....hmmm good point.

I'm not trying to give you a hard time.Where? #4 and #6 are the only parts of the Terms of Use link on the forums that would have that and that's not what it says.
Online user names are public as well. If a streamer is playing against that person they are allowed to display their names since there is no way to hide the names that wouldn't require additional above and beyond methods not funded or supported by Sony or SDS. They cannot enforce a rule they themselves cannot monitor or manage.
It's not against ANY rule to say someone is cheating and he presented what he believes is evidence of said cheating.
Nothing here seems to meet anything punishable and even if it was SDS doesn't seem to punish ANYONE on the forums as it seems to be a bit of a wasteland here.Again, I'm not trying to give you a hard time. I just think the SDS white knights who get so offended by the mere thought that their broken game could have cheaters and hackers are calling for the ban of someone who believes they have evidence of said cheating is interesting.
This game is P2P which is undoubtedly more susceptible to hacks and cheats than server hosted gaming. It's also poorly designed and programmed so it has a TON of bugs which means holes in the games programming leading gameplay to be very exploitable.
At the minimum players aren't hacking they are just able to take advantage of a busted game.What OP did isn't bannable. That's why he's not banned. He didn't release any private information and he didn't call out cheating without reason.

I can’t just post your comment and say AdeptOfMemory is cheating and not be banned because I provided meaningless evidence in the form of an extremely long and irrelevant comment. People like this should be muzzled like a poorly raised dog who has nothing better to do than bark at nothing all day.

He presented what he believes to be cheating. He did his part and explained his side of the argument. Nothing malicious or wrong about making a claim then presenting what you believe is true and holds up your argument.
If the game is so [censored] busted you can't tell the difference between cheating or busted game then SDS has real problems and the OP isn't the one causing it.
OP did nothing wrong. He's just bringing to light issues with this game and some people seem to have issues with that.
If what he presented isn't cheating then he brought to light how HORRIBLE SDS is at making a quality product.
If what he presented IS cheating then he did a good job at exposing two things: the cheating player and how cheating happens in this game.One of these is true. SDS is the ONLY one who can clarify which. Until then, what he did is NOT bannable.

OP should have filed a report to SDS instead of going on a public forum. That's just plain wrong.
Defamation is a real thing. Sending a report SDS would have solved this. SDS would have investigated and resolved it. Bringing this garbage to the forums shows me just how immature and garbage you are.
You should be banned for false accusations and defamation.
You didn't follow protocol.

Technically it is defamation calling me a cheater. I however don’t really care. It’s just funny to me. 1 Quick Look at my stats u know Im not cheating lol. My team BA is like .240. I’m not good at the game but Pikedude86 is just a cry baby doing this on forum. He did send it to SDS, he sent me a message on Xbox saying he would, and upload it here. I never even hear of the forum till that message.
