Connection/Network Error

After three days of no response through email I figured I'd try here. When attempting to play mini seasons I get kicked back to the home screen and then repeatedly told I've lost connection to the show and this proceeds for five plus hours and then finally let's me back in. The common reply will say to reset router/xbox/dns settings and so on but the thing is it allows me to play normally on a different account so i can only assume the game is doing some sort of auto ban or something on my main account. Any possible help would be greatly appreciated as I'm losing out on days to finish grinding season one.
