This is sadly the last year of MLB the show for me. It’s clear the direction they are taking DD in and it’s only gonna get worse from here. I’ll try and enjoy the game for what it is this year but I’m already bored of it and probably just gonna quit once s2 starts

@Red_Ted_is_back I am just going to assume you're being genuine and answer accordingly:
It is third degree no money spent. Meaning YOU didn't spend money but SDS still got what they needed for that copy. They still made $80 and they don't see that it was given to YOU as a gift. They see someone spent full price and that there is a user out there who they can profit off of even more since "you didn't spend money, you would be more likely to spend it now".
It's not a first degree no money spent. That's someone buying the game then claiming to be no money spent. -

@BJDUBBYAH judging? Where did I say they were wrong for spending money on what they want? I do think it's irresponsible to give SDS money but it's not mine. Now if you're spending your money on truly nefarious things then yeah I'll judge.

His full time job is to sit on these forums and valiantly defend the game for SDS. He makes a grand salary of $0 a year doing this. At least mommy brings him tendies to the basement still.

Oh - I agree 100%. I'll be curious to see if they stay that way.
I doubt they will. They've taken incremental steps towards pay to play for the past few years. It's easier to hide it if it's done piece by piece instead of all at once.
