Face Scan not working

I’ve retaken the face scan picture many times. I have a feeling that the face scan technology can’t accept big lips because my mouth is literally closed and it’s says it’s open. The 1 time I got a perfect face scan photo, i had to suck in my lips. Also none of my scan scan photos actually made it to the game. They all say they fail and I need to try again. Every… single… time, I don’t understand why it keeps failing. It’s nothing on my part even when I got a perfect face scan. I believe you guys should patch this please because it’s taking away from the game actually being done what life like.
