Need help with odyssey g9 monitor

Originally I was playing split screen and had 2160p and 240 hz going. Disconnected laptop from other side and played full screen. After a while I realized it was playing in 1440 and 120hz. Went back to split screen and no matter what I try it won't go back to the higher settings. And help or input is greatly appreciated.

Anybody? I use a benfei hdmi to display port cable. I've had this for the last 2 versions of the show so I know I'm not imagining this. Lol But somehow I can't find any info online. But there is some out there. How else would I have gotten the idea.
