i’ve found you have to earn them. if you keep swing at bad pitches they’ll keep throwing them. earn your strikes in the zone

You have to be patient. I generally look fastball and react to other pitches.

If you don’t take those bad pitches they’ll spam them. Just try to always take at least two pitches early in the count, most likely both will be balls.
