The ever reoccurring 2 out comeback
-
No matter what you seem to do once you get two out on you or the other team the batter becomes some super hero while at bat.
I saw this happen over and over in 23 and now it imbedded in 24.I can throw pitches in the ground and they will foul it off. Do not dare throwing something in the strike zone. That pretty much means a double or more for sure.
Speaking of hitting doubles, I usually hit 5 or more every game. I am playing on All-star and Legand for pitching. -
Sounds like you have to get better at putting teams away. The issue you are having are user skill related and are fixable by playing better. Just practice and maybe watch some tips videos

I've seen this too, but I noticed that you REALLY have to know the batter's hitting attributes. The more situational Quirks they have, the more likely they will get a hit.
So in addition to just watching the CLT & PCLT each at bat, watch especially for Quirks like Fighter, Pressure Cooker, Day Player, Night Player, Homebody, Road Warrior, etc. If the batter comes up with several Quirks that match the situation, I swear the boost is enormous. Once I figured it out, I started issuing automatic walks to them and then winning by beating the next batter without all the situational boosts.

There is a HUGE difference between the first two out and the last one. It has nothing to do with skill related. If you go back and read the original post, I even added it happens when i am at bat. I pretty much can tell you I will get a hit when the next batter comes up with two outs. So under that assumption, then my skill set is way above average, like super human even.
No, it is a coded two out improvment that is there. -

Respectfully, I think it's more to do with the batter's clutch, and pitcher's clutch rating than anything. But, in all fairness on the flip side it does happen frequently enough that it gets annoying that's for sure
