I've done 5 different MTOs and have not seen this message.

Were they completed before or after the current patch?

I last played MTO on 3-31-20. I tried to play 2 days ago for the first time and received the message that it doesn't recognize my console therefore I get no Team Affinity awards.
I never deleted the game and redownloaded it. I had a WiFi problem and reset the network settings back to default. That should have nothing to do with any files on The Show

I've also done 5 M2Os and have not had a problem yet. I just finished one yesterday in fact.

Doing routine maintenance on my PS4 shouldn't mean I don't receive Team Affinity rewards.
Can we get this straightened out please? Devs?
When you were playing, did you do the batting tutorial thing to you get fastballs down the middle?

I have no idea what you're talking about. I was on All-Star difficulty the entire time. I quit after winning the Division series, which unlocked Ohtahni for me. I went to play the first game of the WS about 5 days later and got the message.
I'm positive that going back to the default settings to clear my network configuration did this. The problem is that it shouldn't in no way.

Happened to me too. Can’t recognize PS4 = No TA points. Hopefully they find a cure.
-
I got a warning more so than anything. Said something like make sure I quit properly to avoid losing TA points. Even if someone dashboards a game or their power/network connection legitimately goes out what difference should it make? We should still be able to get the points without penalty

Interesting, I wonder if your home network changed your PS4’s IP address after you reset the PS4’s network settings and whether that is the cause.
Screenshot network settings on your PS4, reset them, then compare the new settings to the old ones I’m curious if the IP address has changed.
But don’t do that if you’re already a long way into another March.
