TA 1 Chapter 2 Expires?

I thought Chapters 2 and 3 weren't supposed to expire. Only chapter 1.

Did I miss something? Will chapter 3 expire also?

Chapter 1 and 2 expire, chapter 3 is permanent,
Curiously the counter on ta is 49 days 22 hours and on season 1 it's 50 days 10 hours, I thought the ta expired when season 1 did.
