So did we ever get the answer to the question? Do old players have to give consent to be in the game? Including players in the hof ? Gimme Brook Jacoby and Cory Synder lol

@BigBadBosc44 It depends on who holds their rights; the person or their estate (deceased) or if they sold their "NIL" to an entity.

@TubaTim90 the only time I went 12-0 in BR my reward was Neikro. I was so piiiised. Jack McDowell used to be in the game too. Was never very good but could’ve been with a better pitch selection.

They spent tons of money for Jeter and I rarely see people using him this year or last year.

I think if they're going to have multiple of certain players they should have them for every team they played on . I mean they already have the rights . I have yet to see an Angels version of Reggie Jackson. He had significant years with the angels.

Hopefully legislation will catch up with these companies marketing packs to children, this should have been banned years ago, but money talks.
