Not gaining XP

So, it’s been almost 30 hours of me not being able to gain XP. No matter what I do, I get the announcement that I gained no XP (similar to when cap has been hit). I have not hit the cap, though, and I don’t get any timer when I log in.
I’ve already submitted a ticket, and I’ll wait to hear back, but has this happened to anyone else this year? And if so, how did you fix it?

Uninstall and reinstall that's what I've always heard to do

Edit: maybe… it’s now showing that I’m gaining XP, but it didn’t actually add the XP
Edit #2: never mind, it did add the XP. It just didn’t do it right away for some reason. 🤪

NP I've never had to do it myself but from everything that I've heard from other people that is what you need to do

I had the same issue last week. The reinstall fixed it

Reinstall worked for me. Last year playing the Home Run Derby mode in franchise would trigger I wouldn’t be surprised if they never fixed that for this year

Yes! That’s exactly what it was! I played a home run derby in franchise mode, and that was the last thing that I did before I realized there was no experience being given out!
