Not able to play a game

Why I'm I having issues playing DD it gives me this error with challenge fail does anyone have a solution for this problem

Have you tried shutting down and restarting your console?

Wifi or connected via an Ethernet cable?

Wifi: reset your router.
Ethernet cable: check the connection and cable

Can you any other game online?

Do you have an active PS+?
