They don't really focus on the managerial and coaching aspect it seems, there's no real farm directors, a lot of fake base coaches, and some fake hitting/pitching coaches as default.

Are you new to franchise? This has always been a thing, and it probably always will be. Don't hold your breath.

Im wondering if they will patch some in to have a more realistic feel. Some managers are missing. Is it a licensing thing?
