You can't!!Apologies for the inconvenience. Your progress is not gone, it's just currently inaccessible unfortunately.
It is frustrating to see that it's still a lingering issue for some in our community. We are working to get it back to you and others as soon as we can.

@Victor_SDS mine's giving the same error, it will not let me link it to any account let alone the correct one. I never had my progress back. I was playing when this happened, it took me immediately back to the day one tutorial to create a new team. I backed out waited a little bit got on the MLB The show forum and then I followed the instructions set forth and have not progressed at all since then. No current accounts of mine are linked, and when I try to link and pick the correct one it gives the exclusivity error, and then I've even tried linking the other ones and it gives the same error

Anybody having any luck getting their account back? All mines still gone and I don't even get my digital deluxe edition bonuses anymore.

@SeanCroft27 I created a new account and linked my account to that psn account and i finally got my stuff back like that and since one of my accounts is ps plus i dont have to repay for ps plus i can play online and everything

I was about to really sad cause i didnt pull ohtani i saved my stubs and bought him.

I was a level 28 with 19,673 in stubs. Now when I try to link my account it tells me I’m only a level 5 with 778 stubs. I just want to get my level 28 profile back

@manny214 I've done all the unlink/link stuff suggested and still no luck. I didn't have a ridiculously crazy team but I had Burnes, McCutchen, Griffey Jr, Eckersley, some live series diamonds like Manny, Nando, Snell, Hader. Finnished the Jeter storyline, had a bunch of TA rewards, finished Easter programme, most conquests and had a semi decent stack of stubs (not crazy). I also had some of the pack only jerseys and such. I also had diamond equipment for my RTTS player that's gone too.
I know others lost way more than me but it's still suoer frustrating that the 1 game I want to chill and play, is essentially wiped clean.

@SeanCroft27 Dang man im sorry to hear it the best i would suggest if this isnt fixed issue a refund request sucks but it may have to happen.

@manny214 yeah I'm close at this point. I used to play 2k MyTeam and MUT and DD has been such a better experience than 2k and EA but this is just killer. Super frustrating.

@Ticklemonster34 I get the log in thing and it says lvl 5 and 778 stubs. I was lvl 20 something and had way more stubs than that.

@SeanCroft27 same exact thing here. If you look up your gamertag on the universal profile there is two accounts. One is the one at level 5 with 776 stubs the other is the original one which says I had 51 hours on it. Idk if the servers just multiplied people's accounts and maybe they are slowly getting the right accounts back idk.

@SeanCroft27 screenshot in your show app if it still says what u had originally and make a ticket I made 4 or 5 and mine was fixed earlier when I linked

@Victor_SDS Day 3 now without access to my DD squad . Just to reiterate, I've spent real money for in game purchases and have 150+ hours of grinding. Live series collection was approx 95% done. Team affinity, 100%. Most other programmes complete a[art from BR and events.

I have created two tickets about forty and twenty-four hours ago. They are 362226 and 364462. I haven't heard back. The companion app and website both show the correct info. I have cleared my cache via unplugging and the system's menu. The link option via the game doesn't give me the correct option. Only linking via Microsoft makes the correct option show like I mentioned above. I even uninstalled and reinstalled the game. This is my most played game each of the past three years, but I'm not doing all of that again. Can I please just get some acknowledgement something might be able to be done before I just give up for the year and stupidly return in 2025?
