I have sent 3 tickets at 3 different time and still haven’t heard from them. I am so sad
First of all, as someone who spent most of his career in support roles. Multiple tickets does not make things move faster. It simply clogs up the support queue.
They have probably have had thousands, if not 10's of thousands of tickets submitted on this issue. I guarantee that the support staff, which is probably a limited number, is overwhelmed. If one support person replied personally to each ticket they handle and handled one ticket every 5 minutes then that is still less than 100 tickets handled in an 8 hour shift.

Well good luck getting any response after today because you know that they don't work on weekends, they obviously didn't last year or this year for Nintendo switch players

Oh man, I was so happy last night to get mine back and be able to play but waking up and seeing so many of you not be restored yet makes it a bittersweet situation I really hope they can restore all your accounts soon, hang in there I know how stressful it is/was trust me

I’m not downplaying your issue, I feel bad for, but like he said. 100 tickets an hour is a good estimate, if it’s 10000 ticket, 24 hours is still too short.

Now for everyone else that got their stuff back, are you confident this won't happen again? Fixing the accounts is the first issue. The second issue now is to tell your customers that it won't happen again and our product is stable and good. Waste more time and have it wiped because of incompetence?
Yeah I'm bitter. Party of WAYYYY more than one, I guarantee. Imagine if Minecraft or any other major online game had this issue and ruined even a few hours of gameplay? Would have been national news.
If they are fixing accounts one by one, they need to tell us that's what's going on. Cause the longer the blackout, the more upset I am and I'm sure others are. Its the least they can do... -

Like I said earlier they will release a “fix” that only fixes like 50% of peoples accounts. If yours wasn’t restored, be ready to not have your team restored for at least a week, probably not at all.

I would just do nothing and put in a support ticket and wait. And pray they actually get around to fixing it in a timely manner

edit: I got online on ps5 last night when I got home from work. My old psn name was there. Account still not fixed. On 3/11/24 is when I changed my online name. I had a free credit to change my online name. I tried to change my name back to the new one and it says taken. I can't get my name I bought on 3/11 back and I lost all my access. I would like a refund on PS5 where I bought the $100 deluxe version. I would like the 39 or whatever it was on xbox for the digital deluxe gamepass version. I don't see how you guys can fix this and Im a 48 year old adult and i do not have the time to grind to regain what was already a thin squad other than the money I already put in. 3 day weekend and was ready to play the game. That is down the drain. I tried explaining this in my ticket and honestly after all the explaining. I don't think the ticket even went through. I just want my refunds. I'll sit this year out. It has honestly been nothing but aggravation. On SDS's end. I don't think some of us deserve it. I never get on here complaining. However, this is a totally different ballgame.

I'm in the same boat with ya brother. Not going to grind again for this nonsense. But these issues are part of the bigger problem in the industry...the lax policies and standards that these companies do to gamers...its like atari all over again...rushing products before they are fully complete and tested, making changes before testing...these are all their standards that are followed by the employees. So look to the top before going after the folks fixing our issues.
