Account Reset? 4/4/24

Hope everyone gets the situation resolved. Luckily I checked the forum first thing this morning so I am just not even going to start the game or look at my link status here for a while.
And while I am all for being patient and allowing them some time to work on the issue, this one is far more egregious than most of the bugs we have seen so far. Worse than simply having the servers be unavailable. It's not just the purchase price of the game this time but dozens and dozens of hours of time and countless money spent for stubs by some people.
I have to imagine that the vast majority of players never even check any forums to know that this is a wide spread issue.

@Victor_SDS I tried linking my account and there's still no progress. I completed all programs, a ton of conquests and my team was stacked. My birthday is on April 6th and was intending on kicking back and playing some mlb this is incredibly dissapointing and a huge inconvenience. I have uncountable hours and hundreds of dollars in with you all and this is unacceptable. Please correct this issue asap!

never once have I played a game in my entire life that wiped all my progress and pre order bonuses whilst I was playing the game I have 90 hrs in. No one expects perfection this game its the last thing from it, [censored] has major issues that still go unresolved every year we would just like to be able to play a gamemode in the game that we payed 100 beans for its ridiculous.

I had everything done..all my story lines T/ a all new programs 21 teams collected ...I need my stuff back all my pre orders are gone fix this and fast please

@Justillien again, I didn't buy a product to be a beta tester. Figure out the problems in house before releasing it to the paying public. That's how programs used to work. But now in the era of online updates, seems like people are getting lazy and accepting the malfunctions. Guess I'm too old for the "new" gaming companies.

Lost everything. Account reset to 0. Logged into the app and still says I have everything but the game itself has me at 0. Tried the account link and it’s saying my username is wrong even though the app says otherwise. Account link ain’t working for me. Praying they get it back at some point today.

@Victor_SDS I attempted to link my account and when I did so it said that I am at 1 rank with no stubs and jo progress. This is unacceptable!!!

You DO have an account on the forum. If you didnt; you wouldn't be able to post. Your username is what's in blue and whatever you have set as a password.

@Victor_SDS Both my accounts linked say level 1 or 0 and 0 stubs as if they both got completely wiped i played 9 ranked seasons game i actually even have the gamer tag and exact time of someone i played in battle royal there has to be some record of my old team playing in your servers/system meaning theres has to be a way to get my team back.

@BanEmeraldPlains I made a post about this in the other channel but same exact issue for me. Last night, however, it showed my MLBTS account as what it should be but I didn’t choose that option cuz of the disclaimer… now both at 0 like you say. They better be able to restore it!

I want to know what i am getting in return for this? I paid for the game and I bought stubs. Even when my account is restored, I have lost time using your product that I paid to use. Make it right.

I wish I would’ve known this earlier. I’m completely screwed had over 220 hours of play had all the collections done finally and all the programs completed and now they’re all gone.

@Victor_SDS any ETA on the fix?
If our accounts really are nuked, we deserve to get the confirmation so we can start the applicable refund procedures. I'm about $200 deep, including the game itself.
This is truly unbelievable.
