My bad -- I stand corrected, it DID work. Thank you very much for the suggestion. I think what happened the first time I tried it is I didn't log out of both the game and PS accounts first. Once I did, the option you mentioned appeared and I chose it. Then I went back to the console, signed out, signed back in, and now the info is there. Good call!

After relinking your account, exit the MLB app on your console home screen and then start it up again. Should work after doing so.

I need help because when I log on from my PlayStation on the mlb website it says that I am logged out. I don’t see anything where it shows my real team. I need help my man

Im nervous to do anything here. I logged into the show, but it won’t send me a confirmation email. Clicked resend multiple times. When i click the baseball it says:
Access is denied due to invalid user token.
Im so afraid to click ‘link’ by the PS icon…. -
I've never had an MLBTS account yet I lost all my things as well should I make one then try to link it? Idk what to do my daily doubles are gone as well which is from the pre order this is so dumb I have 88 hrs in this game theres always an issue with SDS if they don't fix this I better get my money back

@KingVincent24 Thank you sir worked like a charm. making sure i was logged out then logging into the MLBtheShow account then relinking the platform worked darn near lost it waking up to this lol
