I think it only effects if you have auto run or simulating.

So if I have stealing by pressing R2 It shouldn’t affect it?

I've always been under the impression it means how well they round the bases. Just like in real baseball, taking certain routes or cutting the corner at a specific angle will save you time and get you that extra base or home safely. I'm under the impression this attribute represents that. So for example going from 1st to home on a gapper, 2 guys with the same speed but 1 with high BR aggressiveness and 1 low, the high guy will be there quicker.

It's how likely they are to steal or go 1st to 3rd on a single with auto baserunning turned on.
