Yeah, I paid $100 bucks for this game that apparently I need to pay hundreds of more dollar to be able to use the content. Dang I used to really love this game. But I am not this stupid. I'm not buying any of these packs. And I'm hoping another baseball game comes out next year.
EA and 2K are free to make a game anytime they wish. Nobody has an exclusive license. EA chose to make Mega Baseball and 2K go wiped out by an exclusive to Sony game before. I’d love to see what they make. Especially when their NFL and NBA games are worse at microtransaction than this game ever has been.
However if you look back over how the process has been for all games, they didnt just go from everything is free to where EA and 2K are at now. It took years and years for them to get there. Now SDS was late to the game. They have now caught on and are slowly moving towards it year by year. Ive been saying it for years and I get trashed every time I bring it up. But Im so glad to see people finally seeing whats going on. There IS a game pass coming. I read an article that said that SDS is thinking about putting it in the game.

has anyone else noticed that we lost the 6 division cards from the live series? When we had to turn in each division to get the division card. Then turn in the 6 division cards for the AL/NL cards then turn in for the MLB card.

They have gotten rid of a lot of rewards this Year and especially ones where u could get reasonable good cards early on

Yes, they purposely watered down division collection rewards. That Palmeiro is not even that good in regards to overall meta. The Pedro is actually a top 5 SP right now, so no real complaint there. And Babe is obviously a great hitter/pitcher, but he's a liability in the field.
The Trout is not a good meta card, bro. Same with Ohtani. I'm trying out the Yelich, as one of 2 non Buxton boost cards. He's actually not bad, but there are better options.

I’ll have to binge the Apes movies again to catch myself up before that one comes out. I might have missed the last one. I was still working when it came out.

@Teak2112 Was just saying this! Last year was so much fun , lots of content and I didn't mind buying stubs every once in awhile. This year paid $69.99 for the game and if I want to even compete I have to get lucky and pull a good card or come of $40 to buy packs cause most packs are 30,000 stubs which is over $25 . I can use that extra money to buy a different game and let this one collect dust

Did they? Or did they give us poor cards with thier pictures on them? It doesn’t take much to fool you into thinking you received something great.

The only ppl using those cards are offline gamers who enjoy playing the game on rookie. Or bad gamers who aren't even good enough to get past 500 in ranked. Try using more meta cards. Bc those aren't it.
Oh, and I've seem top tier streamers mess around with those cards for content purposes. Also, most of them are actually good enough to reach WS. But none would rock those boots cheeks cards on tgeir main squad.
