“Item currently in use” message

I’m trying to sell a card on the marketplace and it says the item is currently in use and I have to unassociate it.
I took it off of mini seasons and it’s off of all the DD teams I can find.
It seems this has been a glitch in seasons past. Is there a fix or a way to tell where I might be using the card so I can remove it and eventually sell it?

Event lineup? Even if you don’t actually play events, it auto-generates a lineup. Go in like you’re going to enter, check for the player, remove him then leave.
