While starting a new MTO run, I received a message along the lines of “we can’t recognize this PS4 and therefore you won’t get TA points”
What is that? What can I do to fix it? Is this a known issue?
A response from someone at SDS would be appreciated. Kinda want to keep playing MTO but won’t if I can’t get TA points from doing so.
Im still waiting for an actual response from a ticket i submitted over a week ago with something similar, I started my MTO and played it every couple days or so when I was bored with online games, then I finally reached the all-star break and it said it cant recognize the ps4 or something like that, they responded asking i had move the save file between ps4's i said no, then a week later they said they are still looking into the problem

oh man, I'm sorry to hear that. I hope I don't encounter that, I love MTO this year, it's my favorite game mode, and it's a fun way to earn cards.

Besides some bs the game does every now and then, yeah I’ve been enjoying it. Well I was until it stopped rewarding me TA points. Currently not playing it until SDS can at least respond and let us know what is going on.

Got the same message today after not playing it for about 5 days. I did rebuild the database and reset the PS4 settings to default, but since I'm seeing a bunch of people having this problem I suspect the lastest update had something to do with it.
Have you reset anything or rebuilt the database recently?

Yeah I did, I deleted the game while getting rid of a bunch of my old games. Re-downloaded it and now this is happening. Everything else, XP/Stubs/Inventory...was still there after the download. Only issue I see is this TA and MTO thing.
A dev needs to address this. Lots of time wasted for nothing
