Any other PlayStation users having issues with PlayStation to not being able to find the new update? Like it never auto downloaded and when I go to find it manually it gives an error message

As clarified in my other post I’ve done all the basic trouble shooting. I’m at the stage where I am wanting to know if anyone else has encountered a similar issue
