Any current fix for the weird face model and the glitch where part of its on the player's hat?

Is there an upcoming patch for it?

Do I need to file a bug report?

Will uninstalling and reinstalling the game help?

While not a gamebreaking issue; it is visually unappealing.

It's SDS attempt at making the first horror sports game. Or maybe comedy sports game.

It broke after yesterdays patch so I am assuming it will require a new patch.
