You're missing the point. Online players will have BR and Events updating on a very regular basis giving Tons of XP that offline-only players have no way to get and no comparable program to get xp from.

@DivineFury75 The game just came out. You know they're gonna be adding programs, updating mini seasons, dropping random conquests, etc. You guys are acting like the game as it is now is what its gonna be forever....with no offline updates or additions.

SMH Online players can get almost 100k XP that Offline players won't ever see but we should just sit back and hope they don't continue to forget all about us and give Online all the attention.

The problem I see with SDS is that they are changing too much about the mechanics of the game (like XP gains, etc) without changing much about the actual game itself. They could sell the concepts better if it was more than just a copy and paste game for the last 6 or so years. Don’t see how they could’ve expected anything other than outrage. My mind still goes back to that early game release stream they had that Thursday night. They turned it over to a scripted presentation with Ashley and a couple other non-developers doing most of the talking. Nobody on the back row looked like they wanted to be there. There were just hints at what was coming with XP (etc) and then we couldn’t even play the first couple hours because of server resets. In hindsight, it really all explains why there were no tech tests or pre-release trial plays. I was sucked in this year because they were talking about new animations and gameplay ideas. Honestly, a lot of those animations are broken and frustrating (like diving and having to get up and run the opposite direction before throwing to a base, etc). I say it every year, but I’m definitely not buying the game again until the game is changed up graphically and mechanically some. We are 4 years into next gen gaming and the game looks the same as it did 7 years ago. Now they take away freedom of gameplay. Joke.

rank program, events, and BR program give 85k XP combined. BR is updated monthly, but events are updated every week or two. There is not a single offline program that Online people are not also getting expect mini-seasons. Mini-season gives 25k xp one time and only at most half that every time there after. Over the duration of the programs, Online has substantially more xp.

Dude, you seem to be missing the point. I do all the online programs too but even I understand where they are coming from. What SDS is telling them is that if they want this 100K XP, they have to load into online games and get beat around by players with a much higher skill level than them. Of course they don’t enjoy doing that.

Dude, you seem to be missing the point. I do all the online programs too but even I understand where they are coming from. Of course they don’t enjoy doing that.
Which is the point of this post! Many of us don't want to touch Online and feel we should get a comparable grind to get xp like we have every year before this one.

Really boo hoo to both of you. The OPTION is there for you to play. Are they supposed to block off a section of their game and make it for offline players only?
If you're a vegan and you go to a buffet that has food options for vegans and carnivores, you have the option to eat the burger. It's your choice not to. That also applies here. You have the option to play online but you're making the choice not to.

This doesn't hold water. They gear everything to online. If they are not blocking off Offline players and giving advantage to Online players, then why do Online players get credit for offline programs by using the correct players but offline doesn't?

Like I said, I do the programs and am good enough at the game to complete them. I just have sympathy for people who aren’t good enough at the game to compete online- all the XP they’re used to getting from grinding is gone, and the game is now designed in such a way that they will be behind online players in the XP path. The option is there, sure, but if the only purpose they will serve is getting beat up on by goons farming 10-0s, they’ll just turn the game off and I don’t blame them.

Not if they made it conquest or mini-season like I requested. Most online players won't touch those modes anymore than most of the Offline community won't touch Online. Most, not all
