I enter MTO and it tells me it can't recognize my console??

A message pops up when I enter MTO saying that it doesn't recognize me and that I will no longer receive rewards. What is this BS? I didn't get a new PS4 since I started this. I haven't played MTO for a few days, so I don't know what the deal is.
Devs please let me know what's up. That's a lot of time wasted. I'm at Game 1 of WS and 10 points from my Angels TA pack at 70. There are at least 2 Trout's waiting on me.

Did this ever get addressed or resolved? Same just happened here, won ALCS and got no TA points, console could not be authenticated.

No I resumed an MTO run that I had paused when I reached the end of Stage 1. I had completed the ALDS in Stage 1 and was at 70 points. I had started a second MTO run with a different team and got that one to the end of the ALCS, points awarded there no problem. At no time did I dashboard, played it all straight through.

Same with me playing Cleveland, never dashboarded.
