Co-op not giving correct innings

Played 5 games tonight, all went 9 innings, 4 games got credit for 6 innings, last game went ten innings and got credit for 7, what is wrong with this game

If you sub out a pitcher mid inning; you don't get credit for that inning.

in addition to mid inning pitching changes, innings must have a top and bottom to be considered "complete" So if you're the home team, and you are winning, the ninth inning doesn't count. Which is lame IMHO
