Negro league pitchers full stamina

Why our negro league pitchers able to come in in relief with full stamina every game. I know some of these guys threw back to back days and 150 pitches a night but i doubt this is how sds intends it to be

I doubt it's related to the era or race of the pitchers... I think it's the "bringing two-way players out of the pen" bug that has been in the game for over a year now...
