Co-op captain boost isn’t working

I apply the Byron Buxton Tier 2 and 3 boost and neither of them are working, it says I applied the captain boost but when I go into the game it isn’t applied. Anyone else have that issue?

No, but I will say that Buxton seems like a cheat code to me. I don’t have him, but when I face him, he seems to get an Xbh every time.

It was working when the game came out but I think the patch broke it
