I don't buy packs, but I've had three diamond pulls so far from the packs I got by just playing the game. I pulled Degrom from the 10 pack bundle I got for finishing the US map in conquest, then I pulled judge and flaherty from a five pack bundle I got from the 1st inning program. The flaherty card isn't that good, but I was actually working on the cardinals collection at the time and he was the last card i needed so I was pretty happy.
