CAN ANYONE VERIFY DIAMOND DYNASTY WAS PLAYABLE ON SWITCH

Was wondering if anyone using the Nintendo Switch was ever able to play Diamond Dynasty on MLBTS24. Especially those who bought the early release. Because someone recommended reporting SDS to the FTC. I went to their website to review their policies. If SDS knowingly sold the game and knew it was not working on Switch then that seems to fall under their consumer protection policies. So was DD playable on Nintendo Switch at all?

I've been able to play some, but there are other days that the game just crashes and I can't play it

Thank you for your response. Were you able to specifically play Diamond Dynasty. Because everything for DD crashes on me and others. I can play franchise and others say they play RTTS. But I am interested in if SDS released the game knowing DD did not work on Nintendo platform.

Several years back the game didn’t work for DD for a couple months. I’m gonna say file away but don’t sit by your mailbox and expect a response.

Yes I was, but then yesterday it crashed when they brought in a relief pitcher

Oh I don't expect much, but since SDS seems to not want to keep the Nintendo Switch users informed them let them answer inquiries from someone they at least have to answer to. -
No. But i can verify it plays just fine on PS5.

I’ve seen a number of players who have said they were able to play initially at early access but at some point it stopped working. Others until a few days ago were claiming theirs worked fine but haven’t seen those post as much recently. Seems like the vast majority like myself have never been able to move past the tutorial so only offline M2O mode works (haven’t played R2TS but apparently that seems to work as well)

@SilverQ73 Thanks. This what I am trying to figure out. I suspect that a lot less people bought the early access for Switch compared to PS or Xbox. Trying to figure out if it all went wonky on the regular release update.

I bought early access and didn't have a crash in any game mode until 2 days ago when it crashed in a conquest game. Then yesterday it crashed twice, once during mini-seasons and once during the TA1 showdown. I haven't played since. This needs to be fixed, I'm afraid to play any showdown now.

I played dd on switch for the first 2 days with no issue. Randomly got a crash while playing the event, and another one soon followed. Stuck to conquest but got a couple crashes there too; maybe one in 10 games it would crash, always when bringing in a pitcher for either team. Was still able to stick through it to get 20 event wins and complete team affinity but won’t venture online anymore until the crashes are fixed. Sticking to road to the show and storylines for now.

This is interesting though. Most of us can’t even get I to storylines either without crashing.

Seems like the crashes started to get worse after regular release date update.
Well that kinda answers the question wether or not SDS released it unplayable. Probably coding for one of the updates or server issues. -

I have it for the PS5 and Switch. I haven't had any issues playing on the PS5, but have not been able to play a DD game on the Switch yet. Whenever I've tried to launch a game in DD with the Switch the game just crashes on me. Hopefully they fix this soon.
