Attribute Increase Issues

Haven't tried a pticher yet, but reports are that the same issue as last year - once you get a pitch attribute (like 4SFB) to 36-37, it constantly "resets" unless you manage to earn enough plusses to fill the bar in one game.
Last year, I noticed stats like Base running aggression and stealing would reset to zero if you end a game "in the negative", even if the bar was one success away from 31.
That is happening again this year. 2B with steal at 30, but bar half filled. Got picked off. Then there was no bar. Got a successful jump on a 2-out steal, bar is around the 1/8th full mark.I suspect that these two issues could be related.

My 4SFB won't go even go to 31 and constantly resets every game, but my Cutter velocity has increased. Ctrl for four of my pitches resets, but 4SFB doesn't. I've also noticed that my season progression resets too so I'm still level 1 for some reason
